The Student Center Ballroom was filled with students listening to the last Star Lecture of the semester, “The Conflicts We Face With our Identities While Pursuing a Well-Lived Life” Tuesday night.
Eastern Michigan University professor Don Ritzenhein of the communication, media and theater arts department will give a talk on his perspective of the Detroit Institute of Arts from 8:30-9:30 p.m., Tuesday, in the King Hall Lounge. Twenty-five women attended the weekly SELF Love meeting Friday evening in the Student Center. Many who attended described the organization as a safe haven for them.
