Upcoming concert for dance seniors

Graduating dance majors will get to showcase their capstone projects at this year’s Senior Projects Dance Concert, hosted by the department of music and dance at Eastern Michigan University. This free event will take place Saturday at 4 p.m. at Pease Auditorium.

	EMU’s 33rd annual Undergraduate Symposium will take place Friday in the Student Center.

Thousands of concertgoers packed Eastern Michigan University’s Convocation Center Wednesday night, in various stages of undress and states of mind (some of which probably weren’t legal), to get lost in the heavy bass lines and thumping beats of electronic music powerhouse Tiësto.

For electronic dance music fans all across Michigan, the anticipation to see Tiësto has been building since tickets went on sale last summer, but the wait is finally over. The famous Dutch DJ is coming to rock the Eastern Michigan University Convocation Center next Wednesday.

Since it opened in 1978, Apple Annie’s Vintage Clothing & Jim MacDonald’s Antiques in Depot Town has seen a lot of change. The neighborhood has changed, the business of dealing in collectible items has changed and the store itself has even morphed and expanded from its original layout.
