Following their performances in the Mid-American Conference Championship meets, men’s cross-country runner Willy Fink and women’s cross-country runner Victoria Voronko were selected to be the Eastern Echo’s co-Eagles of the Week for the week of Nov. 3.

Women's cross country second in the MAC

Eastern Michigan University’s women’s cross country team finished in second place with 69 points at the 2014 Mid-American Conference Championship Saturday. In addition to the best conference finish that the Eagles have had since the 1991 season, senior harrier Victoria Voronko claimed the overall MAC Champion title.




Women's Cross-Country team finishes fourth in the MAC

The Eastern Michigan University’s women’s cross-country team took fourth-place, an improvement on its performance over the past few years, in the Mid-American Conference Championship on Nov.2. The Eagles finished with 111 points.



Cross-country wins MIC at Hillsdale

Eastern Michigan University’s men’s cross-country team took part in the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships at Hillsdale College’s Hayden Park on Friday, Oct. 11.

The Eastern Michigan University women’s cross country team finished first, second, and third Friday night at the George Dales Invitational in Three Rivers, Mich.

EMU cross-country team at top of its game

Eastern Michigan University’s cross-country teams were on full display Friday evening. Both men’s and women’s teams had one runner finish in the top three of their respectable events at the Mel Brodt Collegiate Opener in Bowling Green, Ohio.
