What's the move? March 4-9

Pride Bracelet Making - March 4  

It’s Pride week and here is one way to celebrate! Alpha Sigma Tau and the LGBT Resource Center are partnering up to host a pride-filled beaded bracelet-making event. Join them from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Student Center, room 350. 

Academic Advising - March 5 

With the winter semester soon coming to an end, this event will help with future planning. Join the UACDC academic advisors from 1 to 3 p.m. on the Student Center's first floor. They will help with quick advising questions and help schedule an appointment. 

Happiness Hop - March 5 

Looking to destress? Hanging out with some bunnies might help. The Honors College is hosting a happiness hop! The event aims to relax students and spread good vibes. It is hosted in the Honors College Lower Level Commons from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Open Volleyball - March 6

Need to stretch? The Rec/IM has open volleyball from 5 to 7 p.m. Make sure to register online before showing up. 

SOLAR - March 6

SOLAR is back! March’s SOLAR is about marketing student organizations. Join Gabby Heier for the informational meeting from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Student Center, room 330. 

Eagle Con - March 7 

Eagle Con is an event where fandom is welcome. Attend dressed up in cosplay, and enjoy games, food, and a cosplay contest. Eagle Con is from 7 to 10 p.m. on the Student Center's third floor. 

EMU Choir Home Tour Concert - March 8 

Join the EMU Choir from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. for choral music featuring a variety of different pieces from their 2023 Michigan tour. 

Pride Prom - March 8 

Love to dance? This prom is a student dance with a theme of Mythical Wonders, sponsored by the LGBT Resource Center and Campus Life. The dance is from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the McKenny Ballroom. 

The Conjuring of Spring Artisan Market - March 9

Visit the Ypsilanti Freighthouse to shop for a variety of items from local vendors. There will also be music, candle making, tarot reading, and more. Hosted by the One Stop Soul Shop, the market will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is free.
