After completing yet another great season, capturing both the men’s and women’s MAC Championships, the Eastern Michigan University Track and Field team finished with 37 selections to the Academic All-MAC team this season.
The selections were announced today, June 28, and the Eagles finished atop of the conference for the second consecutive year.
To be qualified for an Academic All-MAC honor, the student-athlete must succeed both athletically and academically as a minimum of a 3.20 cumulative GPA and participation in at least 50% of events that season is required.
The only other team to earn at least 30 selections this season was Kent State University with 31.
