Eastern Michigan University women's golf team traveled to Bowling Green, Ohio to compete in the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational at Stone Ridge Golf Club on April 9-10.
By the end of day one, the Eagles were fifth overall with a total score of 315 (+27). University of Akron and Bowling Green State University tied for first place with a score of 307 (+19).
Anna Watson recorded a team best score of 78, placing her in 14th place. Alyssa DiMarcantonia, Paige Zolciak, and Kyleigh Dull each finished with scores of seven-over, 79, on Saturday. Dull also led the Eagles with two birdies.
Eastern Michigan finished seventh place overall on day two at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational with a two day composite score of 626 (315-311). Bowling Green earned first place overall with a score of 595 (+19).
Anna Watson and Kyleigh Dull both tied for 13th place with scores of 154 at the tournament.
Watson’s performance Sunday was the second-best on the team with a score of four-over 76. Watson finished with one birdie and didn’t score higher than a bogey.
Dull led Eastern Michigan with a score of three-over, 75. Dull's performance at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational ranks one shot better than her season average. She finished the 18 hole event with 14 pars, one birdie, and three over-par scores.
