Advice: How to feel hopeful about the future within the choas of the world

The world may seem like it's falling apart right now, but it won't be this way forever.

Everyday it seems like the current situation that we are living in is getting worse. We wake up and it seems like the current situation has escalated so much more from the day before. We are constantly wondering when we will finally hit the worst of it, and we all find ourselves wondering when things will start to slow down again and start to go back to normal.

Unfortunately the situation we are in is unpredictable, and we’ve subsequently been forced to switch up our lives completely. We are at a point now where it is hard to even plan for the future, or find motivation to continue moving forward with our daily lives because we have no idea when things will actually go back to normal.

We can’t plan, or schedule events or trips any time in the near future because we do not know when this is going to slow down. Even applying for things like new jobs have been put on pause because we do not know when the job situation is going to pick back up again.

A lot of people are feeling very hopeless, and there 's a lot of conversation about how long this chaos is actually going to last, and there are so many differing projections. Because this could last all the way through the summer, any future plans have now been put to the side and everyone is wondering how to find the motivation to keep moving forward and how to still continue to be hopeful about the future.

The situation we have all found ourselves in is an unfortunate one, and an unpredictable one, and something no one saw coming or could have even predicted would happen. This is something none of us really had the ability to be prepared for. It was so immediate which is why it feels like it is hitting everyone and everything so hard.

As chaotic as everything is now, it is still important to remember that something, even to this extreme is not going to last forever, and that it is still possible to be hopeful about the future even if we cannot commit to a lot of plans yet. We have had to find new ways to make our lives seem normal because of all of this, and even though all of it is extremely unfortunate, our lives are not always going to be turned this upside down forever.

It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos and trying to remember what all of our lives were like when life was actually normal, but it’s important to try to stay hopeful about the future and know that there are still better things coming. Eventually our lives will go back to normal, the situation will improve, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

We have to remember to not let this situation bring us down or cause us to forget that there are still good things in life to look forward to, we just have to find them and find hope in moving forward.
