Police Blotter: March 25-31

 

Monday, March 25

A driver failed to stop and identify themselves after an accident in the university parking structure at 12:18 p.m. The case was closed on March 28.

Tuesday, March 26

An individual was cited for third degree retail fraud after stealing deli items from the Dining Commons. The theft occurred at 3:08 p.m. and was reported at 3:15 p.m. The case remains open.

Wednesday, March 27

Residents in Putnam Residence Hall were cited for disorderly conduct after a fight broke out at 1:49 p.m. The case closed March 28.

A bicycle was stolen from the Olds-Robb Student Rec on March 26 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The theft was reported on March 27 at 3:50 p.m. and the case closed March 30.

A computer in Roosevelt Hall was found damaged at 4:22 p.m. on March 27. The damage is believed to happen between March 26 at 3:15 and March 27 at 8:15 a.m. The case remains open.

Thursday, March 28

A student reported numerous and harassing phone calls to pay university funds at 11:03 a.m. on March 28. The calls happened at Pierce Hall between March 21 9:00 a.m. and March 27 9:00 a.m. The case remains open.

A subject was cited for possessing an open intoxicant in public at 4:25 p.m. The crime occurred at North Huron and Pearl Streets. The case closed March 29. 

Friday, March 29

No crimes reported.

Saturday, March 30

An intoxicated subject was transported by Huron Valley Ambulance from 514 Hamilton Street at 4:26 a.m. The case remains open.

Sunday, March 31

A student reported being assaulted in a Walton Residence Hall room. The assault happened at 10:00 p.m. on March 28, with the crime being reported on March 31 at 3:19 p.m. The case remains open.
