Police Blotter March 18 – March 24

 Sunday, March 18

A driver was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol during a routine traffic stop at Washtenaw Avenue and Fairview Circle at 1:44 a.m. 

A minor individual admitted to drinking alcohol while underage at Wise Residence Hall at 5:20 a.m. 

Monday, March 19

An individual was found with narcotic equipment and marijuana at Huron River Drive and Ann Street at 12:46 a.m. The individual was released without charges. 

Tuesday, March 20

A fire extinguisher was discharged at Hoyt Residence Hall at 12:45 a.m. The occurrence was reported at 1:06 a.m. 

A property owner was arrested on warrant at 501 Mark Jefferson at 4:17 p.m. 

Wednesday, March 21

Two subjects were cited for disorderly conduct after getting in a fight at the Eastern Eateries at 1:14 a.m. 

An individual was arrested on warrant at Sellers Meters at 6:48 p.m. The individual also was in possession of marijuana and narcotic equipment. 

Thursday, March 22

A driver was cited for driving while their license was suspended, possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol and possession of narcotic equipment. The traffic stop occurred at Huron River Drive and Gregory Avenue at 4:35 p.m. 

An individual allegedly stole food items from the Crossroads Marketplace at 5:03 p.m. 

A driver was cited for driving with their license suspended at Leforge Road and Woburn Drive at 11:47 p.m. 

Friday, March 23 

A driver was cited during a traffic stop for an expired plate for driving while their license was suspended, having no vehicle insurance and improper vehicle registration. The traffic stop took place at Railroad Street and Leforge Road at 3:35 a.m. 

A driver was issued an appearance citation for driving while their license was suspended at Cross Street and Huron Street at 6:06 p.m. 

Saturday, March 24

A driver was cited for driving while their license was suspended at Cornell Road and Washtenaw Avenue at 4:54 p.m.
