Sunday, Dec. 31

An individual broke down a door to gain entry to the Best Residence Hall building at 1:50a.m. The crime was reported at later at 4:03a.m. 

Tuesday, Jan. 2

A man was arrested under EMU PD bench warrant at 10:50a.m. at 1200 Oakwood Street. 

An individual was arrested under warrants at 3:50p.m. at 1200 Oakwood Street. Another individual was arrested and lodged on EMU PD warrant at 6:09p.m.

A resident returned to their room at Phelps Residence Hall to find items stolen. The crime occurred between 7p.m. and 7:15p.m., and was reported at 7:43p.m. 

Wednesday, Jan. 3

A noise complaint for residents at Sellers Residence Hall was reported at 11:46p.m. 

Thursday, Jan. 4

An individual lodged with an EMU warrant was arrested at 2:29a.m. at 1200 Oakwood Street. 

A debit card was stolen from a student at Pittman Hall at 1p.m. 

On Jan. 4, 9:17p.m., a student reported unwanted sexual contact at Pittman Residence Hall on Jan. 1, 3:30a.m.

Friday, Jan. 5

An individual stole a vehicle from the Student Center parking lot between 2:20p.m. and 3:30p.m. The individual was arrested by EMU police and found in possession of narcotic equipment and marijuana. The crime was reported at 5:36p.m. 

Saturday, Jan. 6

An individual was arrested under warrant for public intoxication at 1:54a.m. at the crossroads of Leforge Road and Railroad Street.
