Police Blotter Nov. 12 – Nov. 25

Sunday, Nov. 12 

An individual failed to stop and identify (FTA) after a private property crash with their vehicle at the indoor practice facility at 12:25p.m. 

Monday, Nov. 13

Secondary authority submitted a CSA hand report of inappropriate touching of a student at Hoyt Hall. The crime was reported at 2:14p.m. on Nov. 13, but the crime occurred, according to the report, on Nov. 5 at 3:00p.m.

A window on one of the REC IM vans was broken by an individual at Snow parking lot between 9:30a.m. and 8p.m. The crime was reported at 8:26p.m. 

Tuesday, Nov. 14

An individual was reported for disorderly conduct after attempting to enter a Olds Robb Student Rec without a pass at 2:49p.m. 

An unlicensed individual was reported for taking a vehicle between Huron River Drive and Oakwood Street at 7:50p.m. The subject crashed the car after taking it, reported both for joy riding and operated the vehicle without a license. 

Marijuana use in a Hill Residence Hall dorm room was reported at 8:06p.m., campus police smelling the odor of it in the room. 

Multiple individuals admitted to marijuana use within their vehicle at Ann Street and Saint John Street at 9:55p.m. 

Wednesday, Nov. 15 

A vehicle was damaged in the Green parking lot between 8:40p.m., Nov. 14 and 11a.m., Nov. 15. The crime was reported at 11:19a.m. 

An individual was cited for public intoxication and providing false information at 6:31p.m. at Ann Street and Huron River Drive. 

A cell phone was stolen from an individual at the College of Business at 2p.m. The crime was reported at 8:02p.m. 

Thursday, Nov. 16

An individual, lodge with multiple warrants, was arrested with assistance at N. River Street and E. Cross Street at 3a.m. The driver was operating a vehicle without license, registration or insurance. 

An individual failed to stop and identify (FTA) after crashing into another vehicle in the parking structure lot at 11:03a.m. 

A laptop computer was stolen from an individual’s vehicle at the Hoyt parking lot between 9p.m., Nov. 14 and 2p.m., Nov. 16. 

Friday, Nov. 17

A driver was cited for possession of marijuana and narcotics equipment at Washtenaw Ave. and W. Cross Street at 12:21a.m. 

A driver failed to stop and identify after striking a pedestrian at the Ford staff parking lot at 12:30p.m. The crime was reported at 1:43p.m. 

Saturday, Nov. 18

An individual entered the Munson Apartments without permission and stole a construction sign at 2:19a.m. 

Sunday, Nov. 19

A driver was reported for driving while intoxicated and having no driver’s license on hand at S. Hamilton Street and Harriet Street at 4:02p.m. 

Monday, Nov. 20

An unattended cell phone was stolen from Bowen Field House between 7a.m. and 8a.m. 

A driver was cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended license (DWLS) at Saint Johns Street and Adams Street at 10:57p.m. 

A student was reported for disorderly conduct after disrupting class over a received grade in the Quirk building at 1:40p.m. The crime was reported at 5:32p.m. 

Two students were reported for punching another student at the Dining Commons at 11:27p.m. 

Tuesday, Nov. 21 

An individual was reported for fraudulent use of a credit card at the Halle Library between 11:51a.m. and 5:25p.m. on Nov. 20. The crime was reported on Nov. 21 at 11:32a.m. 

A driver was cited for failing to display a valid driver’s license to campus police at College Place and Emmet Street at 12:31p.m. 

Marijuana was found in an apartment at Westview Building G during a room check at 1:41p.m. 

Marijuana as well as narcotic equipment were found in a room in Westview Apartments F during a room check at 1:48p.m. 

Narcotic equipment as well as missing items from previous larceny reports were found during a room check in Pittman Residence Hall at 6:01p.m. 

Loud arguing between students was reported at Best Residence Hall at 7:57p.m. 

A driver was given a warning by campus police for driving on a permit at Oakwood Street and Structure Dr. at 10:48p.m. 

Wednesday, Nov. 22

An individual was arrested and cited for ownership of narcotics equipment and multiple lodged warrants at Emmet Street and N. Hamilton Street at 9:27a.m. 

An individual was arrested in reference to a Canton Township felony warrant at Bedford Drive at 12:12p.m. 

A driver was given a warning for driving with a suspended license at Washtenaw Ave. and W. Cross Street at 9:01p.m. 

A driver fled in their vehicle during a traffic stop at E. Michigan Ave. and Hamilton Street at 10:44p.m. 

Saturday, Nov. 25

An individual failed to appear (FTA) when lodged with jail bench warrants at Oakwood Street at 12:50p.m.
