James Thompson's monster game leads to an EMU road victory as he produced 26 points and 20 rebounds. The Eagles dominated the boards with 44 rebounds in a 74-57 win over the Miamis Redhawks. 

The gymnastics team picked up a win against in-state rival Western Michigan, 195.400 to 194.900. The team recorded a new school record on the bars with a 49.250.

The women's track and field team defeated Kent State and Central Michigan at the EMU Triangular with a final score of 116. The Eagles combined for seven first-place finishes out of 14 events.

At 7-0, the women's swim and dive team picked up a 164-136 over Buffalo. Brielle Johnston and Alexis Mitcheltree both picked up two wins to each of their resumes.

The tennis team picked up its first win of the season against Oakland as the Eagles picked up the 6-1 victory. Up next is Duquesne as the Eagles look to win two in-a-row.
