- A subject was cited for public drunkenness at University Park at 6:27 a.m. The subject was found sleeping on the grassy hill next to the basketball courts. This case was closed on Sept. 17.
- A larceny was reported at 2:14 p.m. when a student's iPad was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the north campus parking lot. The current status of this case is open.

- At 5:04 p.m. a vehicle was reported stolen at Green and Leforge Roads. The subject was also reported to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The current status of this case is open.

- At 9:15 a.m. hate speech graffiti was reported on the side of the building at King Hall. The offense occurred between Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. and Sept. 20 at 9:15 a.m. The current status of this case is open.

- At 7:51 a.m. a larceny was reported at the north campus lot when a license plate was stolen from a vehicle. The current status of this case is still open.
- At 8:45 a.m. DPS received a call regarding a disturbing the peace matter where a staff member was yelling at parking employees in the parking lot of Walton Residence Hall. The status of this case is still open.
- A larceny was reported at 9:40 a.m. near Village Building F where a bike was stolen from the racks. The current status of this case is still open.
