Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (Konami; for PlayStation 3/4, Xbox 360/One and PC): Metal Gear Solid V is the last numbered Metal Gear title that ties up all the loose ends in the series. Gamers are treated with an open sandbox where completing their mission is only limited by their imagination. A campaign over 40 hours and the introduction of Metal Gear Online next month this game has everything any gamer could want.
Destiny: The Taken King (Activision; for PlayStation 3/4, Xbox 360/One): The next big entry in Bungie’s shooter has players defending the galaxy from yet another threat Onyrx. With over 6 new multiplayer maps, two new modes, Rift which puts a new spin on capture the flag, and Mayhem where all guardians are super powered. The expansion fixes issues with leveling up as well as new raids and PVP issues.
Star Wars Battlefront (Electronic Arts; for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC): Battlefront has been a title for the past 8 years that has been announced and then cancelled but in November the wait will be over. A third person shooter that focuses on the fight between the Alliance and Sith set across the Star Wars Galaxies. Players will be able to play all main characters from the universe such as Obi-Wan, Luke Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker, and many more.
