Campus Life will show the award-winning film, “American Sniper,” 8 p.m. on Friday in the Student Center Auditorium.
In an email sent to Eastern Michigan University students, faculty and staff, Geoff Larcom, executive director of media relations, said the film will be followed by a “moderated dialogue that will touch on issues raised by the movie.”
The film was originally scheduled for two showings at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., April 10, in the Auditorium.
The first showing was disrupted after 40 students protesters took the stage. It started again after DPS was called, four students were cuffed and detained, and the rest of the students left. The second showing was postponed.
