The Eastern Michigan University wrestling team improved to 5-2 Saturday, picking up two wins at the Windy City Duals in Evanston, Illinois.
The Eagles went 2-1 on the day, losing to Princeton 26-11 in their opening match and then besting both Cal Poly, 30-7, and Drexel, 22-19.
Shayne Wireman-125# and Brandon Zeerip-157#, both went undefeated on the day.
Eastern’s next match will be Dec. 13, in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Cleveland State Open Invitational.
