The Eastern Michigan men's basketball team defeated Oakland University, 89-77 Monday night. In the second half, Karrington Ward threw down a dunk which made national news. Ward launched over Oakland point guard Kahlil Felder to throw down the dunk and spin on the rim. ESPN placed it as the number one play of the night on SportsCenter. You can watch the play here:

This was the first time an Eastern Michigan basketball player made the "Top Ten" list since Glenn Bryant's dunk against Western Michigan University last January.
