EMU’s Children’s Institute

The Eastern Michigan University’s Children’s Institute, the Michigan Orphan Kitten Rescue and Shoe Box Recycling have partnered to help with the plight of orphaned kittens.

To help out, pairs of men’s, women’s and kid’s shoes can be dropped off at the Children’s Institute at Fletcher School on Cornell. The Rescue receives compensation for the shoes, which goes to help the kittens.

For more information, email mokr@mikittens.org or go to the Facebook page at facebook.com/mikittens. For questions and additional information, call Tracey Buhinicek at 734-487-2348.
