The four suspects in the armed robbery and attempted car-jacking that took place around 9 p.m. on the 700 block of Congress St have been identified, and three have been arrested, according to Eastern Michigan University’s department of public safety. None of the suspects are EMU students.
Police are working to bring the fourth suspect into custody. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact D/Sgt. Thomas Eberts at (734)482-9878.
