Dec. 3

A student reported an incident of sexual assault that happened last year at 12:15 a.m.

A student reported their cell phone stolen from their pocket in the Dining Commons at 7:55 p.m. The incident is under investigation and there is no suspect at this time.

A student reported their credit card stolen and used fraudulently at 9:34 p.m. The suspect is not a student, but is an acquaintance of the victim. The suspect is expected to be charged by the Washtenaw County prosecutor’s office.

Dec. 4

A subject was found with open intoxicants on LeForge Street at 3:32 a.m. The subject is not a student and was issued a violation.

A student reported damage to the windows of her vehicle in the Plann Street parking lot at 8:49 p.m. The student reported that the damage occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. that day. The incident is under investigation and there are no suspects at this time.

Dec. 5

A student reported a T-shirt stolen in the Mark Jefferson building at 1:54 p.m. The student reported that the incident took place between 10:55 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. that day. There are no suspects at this time.

A custodian reported damage to an elevator button in the College of Business at 9:38 p.m. There are no suspects at this time.
