Over the weekend, students living on campus began moving into the residence halls.
According to a press release on the Eastern Michigan University website, the university will have the largest number of students living on campus in 10 years. More than 4,000 students will be residing in the halls this year, almost 800 more than last year. Many students are freshmen, as EMU is in the midst of welcoming its largest freshman class in history.
