More details have emerged in the Niswender case as family members have told the Monroe Evening News that Julia Niswender, 23, was drowned in her bathtub.
According to the article, Julia’s twin sister, Jennifer, said investigating police released the information that her sister died of asphyxiation due to drowning, and that her body was found in the bathtub. Jennifer also said items were missing from Julia’s apartment.
Julia was found dead in her apartment Dec. 11.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information in the case.
