Nov. 15

A purse was stolen at 9:38 a.m. at the Halle Computer Lab.
Cans were reported stolen from a donation bin at 10:31 a.m. at Mark Jefferson. The theft occurred between 10:30 p.m. Nov. 14 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 15.

A subject was arrested on a failure to appear warrant at 2:41 p.m. at Oakwood Street.

A bicycle was reported stolen at 4:50 p.m. at Best Residence Hall. The theft occurred between 12 p.m. Nov. 12 and 9 a.m. Nov. 13.

Nov. 16

A counterfeit bill was passed at 11:17 a.m. at the Dining Commons.
An intoxicated subject was transported to the hospital at 10:53 p.m. at Ballard and Olive streets.

Nov. 17

A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle at 10:31 a.m. at the Mayhew Lot. The theft occurred between 2 p.m. Nov. 12 and 4 p.m. Nov. 13.

A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:31 a.m. from the Hoyt Parking Lot. The theft occurred between 8 p.m. Nov. 16 and 11:30 a.m. Nov. 17.

An ex-boyfriend was harassing a female resident with calls and texts at 4:04 p.m. at Putnam Residence Hall.

Trash cans full of water were dumped into rooms at 9:20 p.m. at Sellers Residence Hall.

A male was arrested on an EMU bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana.

Subjects were cited as minors in possession of alcohol at 11:36 p.m. at Hoyt Residence Hall.

Nov. 18

A subject recklessly discharged a firearm at 1:44 a.m. at Emmet Street.

Nov. 19

Graffiti was found at 12:38 a.m. in the College of Business parking structure.

A subject was arrested on an EMU bench warrant for failure to appear on assault charges.

Harassing statements were made via Twitter at 12:03 p.m. at Hoyt Residence Hall.

Nov. 20

Plants were reported pulled out of a planter and thrown down a staircase at 6:03 a.m. at Rackham School of Special Education. The crime occurred between 1:20 p.m. Nov. 19 and 5:40 a.m. Nov. 20.

An iPhone 5 was reported stolen at 8:39 a.m. from the basketball courts at the Rec/IM. The theft occurred between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19.

A registration plate was stolen from a vehicle at 2:29 p.m. at the Bowman/Roosevelt Parking Lot.

Housing staff reported students had swindled them out of petty cash at 2:54 p.m. at the Dining Commons. The crime occurred between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Nov. 19.

A home invasion and burglary was reported at 4:44 p.m. at West Cross Street.

Campus Security Authority made report of a sexual assault at 6:50 p.m. at Wise Residence Hall. The crime occurred between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Nov. 22

Subjects were cited for resisting Ypsilanti Police Department officers at 9:43 a.m. at Pearl and North Washington streets.

Nov. 24

Subject was cited by the Ypsilanti Police Department for disorderly conduct at 10:43 p.m. at Emmet Street.

Nov. 25

A subject was cited for possession of marijuana and turned over to the U of M DPS on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Nov. 26

A subject was lodged at the Washtenaw County Jail by the Washtenaw County Sherriff’s Office on a failure to appear bench warrant from the EMU Department of Public Safety at 5:57 p.m.

A subject was cited for public intoxication and trespassing at 9:42 p.m. at Ballard Street.

A subject was arrested on an EMU bench warrant at 10:38 p.m. at Oakwood Street.
