CAMPUS

May 20 – A glass door was smashed out on West Cross Street at 10:56 p.m.

May 21 – A juvenile was arrested after stealing a bike from the Buell Hall parking lot at 7:14 a.m.

An unattended purse was reported stolen in Pray-Harrold at 1:23 p.m.

A male was arrested for an EMU bench warrant at 1:28 p.m. on Oakwood Street.

A bicycle seat was reported stolen from a secured bicycle at 4:51 p.m. at Munson Apartments. The crime occurred between 2:30 p.m. May 18 and 12:30 p.m. May 21.

May 22 – An arrest was made on a failure to appear warrant for driving with a suspended license at 1:17 a.m. on Oakwood Street.

May 23 – A male was cited for being in possession of a crack pipe at the College of Business at 5:40 p.m.

An iPad and wallet were reported stolen while left unattended at University Park. The crime occurred between 5:20 p.m. and 5:40 p.m.

Suspect arrested on a failure to appear warrant, for resisting arrest, at 9:01 p.m. at Oakwood Street.
During a traffic stop, a driver was found to have a warrant out for arrest and a passenger was in possession of marijuana at 11:58 p.m. at West Forest Avenue and Adams Street.

LOCAL

May 19 – Unknown suspects forced open the window of a home and took multiple electronics during the daytime hours on the 2500 block of International Drive in Ypsilanti Township.

An unknown person forced open three outdoor sheds and stole power tools and lawn equipment in the early evening hours from a home on the 10300 block of Bemis Road in Ypsilanti Township.

May 21 – Unknown suspects opened the rear residence door and stole video game systems, televisions, miscellaneous jewelry and cash during the daytime hours from a home on the 6000 block of Hitchingham Road in Ypsilanti Township.
