Jan. 12 – An unattended purse was stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. in Ford Hall.
An unattended black cell phone was stolen between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. in Roosevelt Hall.
An underage person was found to be intoxicated between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. in Hill Hall. The person was taken to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
Jan. 14 – A backpack and money were stolen from a secured vehicle between 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Convocation Center Lot.
Clothing was stolen between 7:30 p.m. and 8:21 p.m. from the laundry room of Phelps Hall.
A verbal altercation between residents occurred at 3:55 a.m. in Putnam Hall.
Jan. 15 – A known subject avoided paying at the gate arm by lifting it and exiting at 3:55 p.m. in Bowen Lot.
A known suspect broke out an apartment window at an unknown time at the Westview Apartments.
Jan. 16 – Two misdemeanor bench warrants were issued.
Jan. 17 – Damage was found on a storage room door from an attempted burglary in Warner Gym.
A subject broke glass on a fire extinguisher case at 5:35 p.m. in Putnam Hall.
An unattended cell phone was stolen at 5:00 p.m. in the Dining Commons.
Local:
Jan. 16 – A 2001 Silver Chrysler 300M 4-door was stolen sometime overnight from the 2200 block of Grove Road.
A home invasion occurred in the 2200 block of Valley Drive. Investigators believe the invasion occurred sometime during the previous three day period. Entry was gained through the rear patio door. No arrests have been made.
Jan. 17 – A home invasion occurred in the 100 block of Stevens Drive. Investigators believe the incident occurred within the previous four-day period. Entry was gained through a ground floor window. An Apple MacBook and a Sony Playstation 3 were stolen from the home.
A home invasion occurred in the 2500 block of Holmes Road. The robber entered the home through a back door, ransacked the interior and stole several items.
A home invasion occurred on the 200 block of South Hewitt Road. Investigators believe the crime occurred sometime during the middle of the workday.
A home invasion occurred sometime during the day in the 1700 block of Lynn Street. Entry was gained by forcing the front door open. A Nintendo Wii, a Microsoft Xbox and 3 Xbox video games were stolen.
A home invasion occurred in the 1400 block of Chestnut Drive. An Element 32” flat-screen TV and a DVD player were stolen.
