Campus:

Sept. 25 – At 8p.m. a suspect was found in possession of marijuana and narcotic paraphernalia in Brown Apartments.

Sept. 26 – Personal property was taken from a vehicle at 10:09 a.m. in Mayhew lot.

At approximately 3 p.m. a subject disturbed the peace in the Dining Commons.

Private property was reported damaged at 4 p.m. in Rynearson lot.

Some time between 12 and 6 p.m., property was taken from a vehicle at Rynearson lot.

Disorderly conduct was reported at 9 p.m. in Wise Hall.

Sept. 27 – The public peace was disturbed at 2:09 a.m. in Downing Hall.

At 7 p.m., a suspect trespassed in Sellers Hall.

LOCAL:

Sept. 25 – A burglary occurred in the 1000 block of Laurel Bay Drive after the home was entered through a ground floor window. An unknown quantity of cash, Sentry portable safe, a brown jewelry box and miscellaneous jewelry were taken.

Multiple items, including a Toro snow blower, were taken from a residence in the 1700 block of Victor Avenue. Entrance was gained through an attached garage.

An Apple iPod, two Vizio 32-inch flat screen televisions and a gold watch were taken from a home in the 1300 block of Russell Street after the suspect entered the home through a ground floor window.

Several interior and exterior doors were stolen from a home. Investigators are still working on identifying the suspect.

Multiple items, including a X-box game console and several games, were taken from a home in the 100 block of Riley Court. The suspect gained entrance to the home through a ground floor window.

A purse and GPS system were taken from a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of Golfside Road.

Sept. 26 – A burglary occurred in the 8000 block of Spinnaker Way after the suspect forced open the front door while the victim was not home. An X-box game console, Nikon digital camera and an Apple Macbook Pro laptop were taken.

A vacant rental property in the 1000 block of Wendell Avenue was broken into. A Bobcat 48-inch walk-behind lawn mower was taken from the attached garage.

Deputies are investigating the attempted burglary of a home in the 1000 block of East Clark Road. The suspect(s) tried to gain entry to the home by forcing open a ground floor kitchen window. No property was stolen.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies were called to the 10100 block of Joy Road to investigate a reported burglary. During said investigation, the deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle in the area and took a suspect into custody who had what appeared to be tools used for burglary purposes in his/her possession.
