Campus:

Aug. 30- Money was taken from a purse at 11:08 a.m. from the Village Building E.

Aug. 31- A truck window was smashed around midnight in Rynerson Lot.

Doughnuts were stolen at 11:08 a.m. from the Eastern Eateries.

Sept. 1- Between 4 and 6 p.m. a backpack was stolen from University Park.

At 10:09 p.m. two minors were cited and transported for possession of alcohol from Walton Hall.

Sept. 2- A subject was found with a small amount of marijuana at 12:19 a.m. in Hill Hall.

At 8:09 p.m. a subject was found in possession of a stolen laptop on Huron River Drive and Leforge Road.

Sept. 3- At 1:09 a.m. a student was cited for underage drinking at Putnam Hall.

A suspect was written a citation for being in possession of several packages of marijuana at 2:09 a.m. in Hill Hall.

A student received inappropriate text messages at 2:09 a.m. on West Forest Avenue.

At 11:09 p.m. a subject was found with a large amount of marijuana, a digital scale and Xanax in Sellers Hall.

Local:

Aug. 29- At approximately 1 a.m. an unknown male entered an apartment in the 5000 block of Bridge Road. The suspect entered from an unlocked door, but quickly left. No property was stolen.

Deputies responded to the 5000 block of Bosuns Way after a suspect damaged and removed the ignition of a motorcycle while attempting to steal it. The attempt was unsuccessful and no suspect information is known.

A storage shed was forced open in the 3000 block of Cherry Hill Road where an unknown quantity of tools and equipment were stolen.

A child car seat was stolen from a parked car in the 8800 block of Brookwood Street.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. deputies conducting an unrelated investigation arrested a wanted subject in the 800 block of Ecorse Road.

Aug. 31- A 2002 red Yamaha YZF R1 motorcycle was stolen from outside of an apartment building in the 2500 block of Lakeshore Avenue. The motorcycle was later recovered after it was seen on Prospect Road.

Deputies responded to a home in the 1600 block of Greenway Avenue for reports of a buglary. The victims reported a furnace was stolen from the home, though it is still uncertain when the buglary occurred.

A suspect removed the catalytic converter from a parked car in the 2800 block of Golfside Road.

Multiple items were stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of Jay Avenue.

Three adult females, ages 28, 50 and 54, were arrested for engaging in prostitution activities. All three reports are being forwarded to the prosecutor for review.
