Sept. 15

A student was cited for a minor in possession of alcohol in Walton Residence Hall around 1:31 p.m.

A vehicle was keyed in North Campus Lot at 8:10 a.m.

A subject was cited for harassing communications in Wise Hall at 7:36 p.m. for making harassing telephone calls.

A verbal argument took place between two subjects at Cornell Court Apartments around 11:46 p.m.

A subject with warrants gave false information to police and resisted arrest at Putnam Resident Hall at 10:30 p.m.

Deputies responded to a larceny from an automobile complaint in the 6000 block of Jackson Road. They discovered the suspect had removed a catalytic converter while the vehicle was parked in a private lot around 10 a.m.

A wallet was taken from a car in the 2000 block of Golfside Drive. The suspect smashed a passenger side window to gain entry at 10:30 a.m.

A burglary took place in the 1000 block of Foley Avenue. The suspect walked through an unsecured garage door to gain entry and broke into a gun safe that was located in the garage around 5:30 a.m. A compound bow, and four long guns were taken.

A subject was arrested during a traffic stop on Michigan Avenue near Ridge Road for a warrant on operating while under the influence.

During a foot patrol in the 2000 block of Washtenaw Avenue deputies came into contact with a suspicious subject. He had four warrants including domestic violence and driving with a suspended license.

A subject was arrested on MacArthur Boulevard near Clark Road after deputies discovered she had 10 warrants out for her arrest including forgery, speeding, retail fraud and driving with a suspended license three times.

Sept. 16

Several subjects were assaulted at a fraternity event at the Rec/IM near the Buell Meters around 1:27 p.m.

A student’s myemich.edu, Twitter and Facebook accounts were hacked in the Pray-Harrold computer lab at 4:21 p.m.

A moped was stolen in the 9000 block of Ivan Drive around 5:15 a.m. The suspect took the moped from the front porch of a residence.

A handgun was taken during a burglary in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue at 12 p.m. A handgun was taken from the residence.

A suspect smashed the window on the passenger’s side of a car on Washtenaw Avenue and stole a purse and cellular phone around 1:25 a.m.

In the 2000 block of International Drive, a burglary took place after a suspect climbed up to a second floor balcony and opened an unlocked sliding glass door to gain entry around 1 p.m. The homeowner came home and was confronted by the suspect. The suspect pushed past her and ran out the front door. A laptop, Wii game system, acoustic guitar and miscellaneous Wii video games were taken.

Two suspects broke into an occupied residence at gun point in the 5000 block of High Ridge Drive at 1:36 p.m. The suspects took an unknown amount of money, jewelry, televisions and the victim’s vehicle. The suspects were last seen fleeing in the victim’s vehicle westbound on Huron River Drive. The stolen vehicle was a four-door, black 2004 Ford Infinity.

An attempted burglary took place in the 6000 block of Merritt Road after a suspect forced open the back door to gain entry at 6:10 a.m. Nothing appeared to be taken because the suspect was scared off by a large dog inside of the residence.

Six televisions were taken from a home in the 7000 block of Textile Road after a suspect opened an unlocked garage door to gain entry into a home at 4 p.m.
