May 29 — An altercation among players on the basketball court occurred in the REC IM at 10:09 a.m. Citations for disorderly conduct were issued and the case was closed May 30.
A subject was arrested on Oakwood St. at 3:34 p.m. for failure to appear and driving with a suspended license. The subject had a bench warrant with EMU police. The case closed May 30.
June 1 — A breaking and entering occurred at the Convocation Center between May 28 and June 1. Concessions were taken and the case remains open.
June 2 — Possession of narcotic equipment was reported in the Bowen Lot at 11:50 p.m. The case remains open.
June 3 — Larceny from personal vehicle took place at the Convocation Center between 10 a.m. and noon. Property was stolen, but the case was closed the same day.
A professor in Porter reported a disruptive student for disturbing the peace at 2:29 p.m. The case was closed the same day.
June 4 — An attempted illegal use of a credit card took place at 3:44 p.m. The case remains open.
A subject was arrested at Leforge Rd. and Clark Rd. at 5:59 p.m. The subject has a bench warrant out of the EMU police department for failure to appear on charges related to trespassing. The case was closed that same day.
The Ypsilanti Police Department is investigating a shot fired incident that occurred off campus at 11:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Huron River Drive. The caller, an EMU student, reported that someone fired a bullet into his apartment. Officers found a projectile and said the bullet went through numerous walls. There were no reported injuries.

June 5 — A subject was observed driving erratically at N. Hewitt Road and Huron River Drive at 1:53 a.m. The subject was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol. The case remains open.
