The Eastern Michigan University baseball team is already having to change its plans, as it will be playing its season opener against Kansas in the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn.
The Eagles will now be playing a doubleheader Monday at 5 p.m., as opposed to the original schedule of three games over the weekend.
Sub-freezing temperatures and snow in the forecast for the weekend are being cited as the reasons why the Eagles will be moving from the original location of Lawrence, Kan., to the Metrodome.
