Police Blotter Nov. 13 - 16

Nov. 13
At 9:49 p.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Lowell and Jarvis Streets and found the driver to be in possession of three baggies of marijuana. The subject was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued a no trespassing notice.

At 10:30 p.m., an officer found a subject to be in possession of marijuana at Wise Hall. The subject was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a no trespassing notice.

Nov. 14
An officer observed two subjects trying to gain entry to Phelps Hall at 1:29 a.m. The underage subjects were found to be in possession of an open bottle of alcohol and were issued no trespassing notices.

Several items were stolen from a vehicle at the Convocation Center between 9:30-11:30 a.m. The vehicle’s owner returned to the vehicle to find a camera, iPod, GPS unit, cell phone and color guard uniform missing. The vehicle’s trunk had reportedly been left open, allowing the theft to occur. Police have no investigative leads.

Nov. 15
Police responded to reports of loud residents 12:37 a.m. in Downing Hall. The underage residents were found to be intoxicated. A report was forwarded to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards for review.

At 4:45 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a subject trying to gain entry to Mark Jefferson. The underage subject was found to be intoxicated. A report has been forwarded to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards for review.

Nov. 16
A subject observed riding a bicycle through Sellers Hall was found to be an illegal alien. The subject, who was also in possession of marijuana, was transported and lodged at the Washtenaw County Jail for pickup by a deportation agent.
